Bushey Sensei and I had a long talk last night about the business / teacher side of running a dojo. I am really glad we went over as many topics as we did, it should help the Austin Komei Jyuku run smoothly. I plan to take these lessons to heart and hopefully mimic Bushey Sensei teaching style.
It will be hard to separate the teacher and student side of me, but it is a challenge I look forward to facing.
